Account Executive – SaaS / 20% growth
Job Description
A 40-year-old company recently backed by one of the largest PEs has spun off a 300-person division to accelerate growth and break into new markets. With the stability of a large company but the energy of a start-up, we are expanding our Account Executive Team.

Compensation and Benefits:

$90k-$100k Base Salary, $230k OTE

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B (full sales cycle) net new sales, preferably selling SaaS-based solutions in the field.
- Prefer experience using sales enablement tools (Zoominfo, Enablix, Salesforce)
- Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to engage with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and overcoming objections.
- Prefer experience with SPIN Selling techniques, including the ability to effectively identify and address customer needs.
- A bonus: knowledge of Powersports, RV, Marine, Golf or Trailer industries.
