In this role, you will:

  • Lead approximately 100 inside sales professionals across multiple business units

  • Coach and develop Sales Managers and Team Leads while building future leaders

  • Improve sales productivity, conversion rates, and overall organizational performance

  • Build scalable coaching programs and management frameworks

  • Create accountability across the sales organization through consistent leadership cadence

  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, productivity, and operational performance

  • Partner with Operations to improve lead flow, efficiency, and execution

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives

  • Lead strategic projects that support continued company growth

  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership on organizational priorities and long-term initiatives

Customers are introduced through trusted referral partners and work with a dedicated concierge who helps coordinate essential home services, including internet, television, electricity, home security, home warranty, and additional moving-related solutions.

Because customers are referred by real estate professionals and other strategic partners, the sales organization operates in a highly consultative environment with warm introductions rather than traditional cold calling. Representatives focus on educating customers, simplifying the moving process, and delivering an exceptional experience while maximizing value across multiple service offerings.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000

On-Target Earnings: $150,000–$200,000+
