The worldwide #1 OEM of organic aloe vera and shea butter concentrates is hiring a General Manager to lead their Sales & Operations team.

This is not a role that comes open often.

This company has been the global leader in its space since the 1970s. Their client list includes some of the biggest names in cosmetics — including L’Oreal. They own their farming operations, hold Kosher and organic certifications, and have built a team where most employees have been with them for 10+ years.

🗂 What You’ll Own

  • Full leadership of a 20-person sales and operations team based in Melbourne, FL
  • End-to-end accountability for sales performance and operational execution
  • Client relationships with global cosmetics brands and OEM partners
  • Coordination across Melbourne (sales/ops), Dallas (manufacturing), and Global HQ in Phoenix
  • Reporting directly to the EVP at Global HQ

Requirements

  • Proven GM or senior sales & operations leader with B2B experience
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving revenue growth
  • Comfortable owning both the commercial and operational sides of a business
  • Executive presence and strong client-facing communication skills
  • Experience in cosmetics, personal care, ingredients, manufacturing, or related industries a plus
