Territories Available:
📍 North Florida: Jacksonville, Orlando, and surrounding markets

📍 South Florida: West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and surrounding markets

Are you tired of competing against dozens of reps selling the same products?

This is an opportunity to represent a proven specialty compounding pharmacy with more than 20 years of success and a reputation for delivering solutions physicians can’t get from traditional pharmaceutical manufacturers. As the company expands into Florida, they’re looking for two experienced pharmaceutical sales professionals to build on an existing foundation and grow these high-potential territories.

What You’ll Sell

You’ll represent proprietary compounded pharmaceuticals designed specifically for physician practices across two growing specialties:

Ophthalmology

  • 3-in-1 cataract drops

  • Dry eye therapies

  • Post-surgical scar treatments

  • Antifungal, antibiotic, and oncology eye drops

ENT

  • Specialty nasal rinses

  • Customized ENT formulations

  • Products that can be billed directly to insurance, making adoption easier for physicians and patients

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Compensation

  • $150,000 base salary

After reaching production milestones, choose the compensation plan that fits your goals:

  • Remain on the $150,000 base salary

  • Transition to $85,000 base plus 10% of gross profit above threshold

    • Typical earnings at this stage range from $175,000 to $180,000+, with significant upside

What Success Looks Like

This is a true field sales role.

You’ll spend your time calling on physician practices, conducting lunch-and-learn presentations, expanding existing accounts, and developing new relationships throughout your territory.

 

You’ll receive a targeted marketing list along with existing accounts to build from, but this role is best suited for someone who enjoys prospecting, educating physicians, and growing a territory through relationship-driven selling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside pharmaceutical sales experience

  • Specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred, especially Ophthalmology or ENT

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

  • Based in or able to cover the assigned Florida territory
