Regional Sales Manager – Central U.S. | OEM + Industrial Channel Sales

Job Description

Join a long-standing leader in industrial battery and energy storage solutions. This is a rare opportunity to step into an established ~$11M territory with active business, strong distributor relationships, existing independent rep coverage, and significant runway for continued growth.

In this role you will be:

  • Driving OEM and channel growth across the Central U.S.
  • Expanding strategic relationships with distributors, independent reps, and industrial OEMs
  • Building pipeline and increasing wallet share across existing accounts
  • Driving OEM specifications within industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, and material handling markets
  • Managing complex, consultative sales cycles with engineering, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Partnering closely with inside sales, sales ops, and leadership to execute territory growth strategies
  • Owning Tier 1 strategic accounts and business plans throughout the region

Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • Base Salary: ~$150K
  • Commission: Uncapped commission structure targeting ~25% variable at plan

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of industrial technical sales experience
  • OEM and/or channel/distribution sales experience
  • Experience managing distributor and independent rep relationships
  • Strong pipeline management and execution discipline
  • Backgrounds in industrial automation, robotics, power supply, manufacturing, or related technical industries highly preferred
