What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a regional territory across key industries including Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical, and Environmental
  • Drive net-new business (80%) while expanding existing relationships (20%)
  • Lead consultative, technical sales cycles ranging from $20K to $2M+
  • Partner closely with engineering to design customized, application-specific solutions
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on underpenetrated accounts and high-growth opportunities
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including Plant Managers, Engineers, and Executive Leadership

Compensation & Benefits

 

  • Base Salary: $110K – $120K (based on experience)

  • Variable: Target incentive ~50% of base at quota, with uncapped upside and strong accelerators

    • 110% attainment: 1.5x payout

    • 130% attainment: 2.5x payout

  • OTE: $160K – $170K+ (with significant upside for top performers)

Requirements

 

  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
  • Experience selling capital equipment or engineered solutions into industrial markets
  • Strong consultative and technical selling approach
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regionally (~40–50%)
