This is a high-impact opportunity for a customer-facing Solutions Engineer who thrives in complex sales cycles, enjoys translating technical capabilities into business value, and wants to help shape the presales motion of a scaling organization.

In this role, you will be:

  • Leading customized, discovery-driven demos for enterprise CPG prospects
  • Owning and improving the demo environment and demo data
  • Supporting technical discovery sessions, proof-of-concepts, and solution discussions
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives throughout enterprise sales cycles
  • Translating complex platform functionality into clear business outcomes
  • Working cross-functionally with leadership, product, analytics, and delivery teams

Role Snapshot:

  • Fully remote position
  • Approximately 1 trip per month for customer or prospect meetings
  • Highly consultative, customer-facing role supporting enterprise sales cycles
  • Average deal size: ~$200K ARR
  • Multiple $1M+ enterprise opportunities currently active

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales experience within B2B SaaS
  • Strong track record delivering customized demos
  • Salesforce fluency and comfort navigating technical conversations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing demo environments and demo data
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of trade promotion, retail execution, revenue growth management, category management, or related CPG workflows is highly desirable

Nice to have:

  • TPM / TPO / RGM exposure
  • Enterprise SaaS sales cycle experience
  • Salesforce development, analytics, or QA exposure
