Territory Sales Exec Opportunity – High-Upside Packaging Role (MN)
Job Description
A 50+ year, growing packaging manufacturer is seeking a Territory Sales Executive based in Minnesota to help drive the next phase of its expansion. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to build an untapped territory while being supported by a highly aligned leadership team, significant recent capital investment, and the resources of a larger global packaging platform.
In This Role You Will Be:
Building and managing a largely untapped Minnesota territory, with a primary focus on the Twin Cities manufacturing corridor and surrounding markets. You will identify and develop new business opportunities with food and beverage manufacturers, co-packers, refrigerated and frozen food producers, and other consumer packaged goods companies.
This is a true territory ownership role. You will prospect, conduct plant visits, develop opportunities, manage customer relationships, and retain the accounts you win. Strong internal support from Customer Service, Estimating, and Design allows you to remain focused on selling, expanding accounts, and building long-term customer relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000–$130,000 plus, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission plan

Requirements
- Experience selling folding cartons, consumer packaging, paperboard packaging, labels, commercial print, corrugated packaging, flexible packaging, rigid packaging, or other manufacturing-related solutions preferred
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships
- Experience calling on manufacturers, food and beverage companies, co-packers, or consumer packaged goods organizations is highly valued
- Comfortable managing a territory independently and conducting in-person customer visits
- Self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building business and developing long-term customer relationships
- Must live within a reasonable commute to Minneapolis, MN.
