Job Description

We are partnered with a highly respected manufacturer in the commercial building products space that is looking to add a strong outside sales professional for the New Brunswick and Guelph territories.

This is a true generational wealth-building role for someone who wants autonomy, long-term financial upside, and the ability to build a highly profitable territory without micromanagement, unnecessary meetings, or office time. This is a fully field-based role, no office requirement, no sitting behind a desk, and no inside sales environment.

They are not looking for inside sales backgrounds. This is for someone who knows how to own a territory, build relationships, create demand, and win business with premium products, not commodity selling.

Compensation

  • $110K base salary
  • Expected $130K+ in Year 1
  • Average reps commonly earning $250K+ by Year 3
  • Average reps around Year 5 are earning $500K+ annually

Requirements

  • 4–15 years of outside field sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop new business
  • Experience selling premium products, not price-driven commodity sales
  • Ability to sell through the end user, not just through distribution
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory
  • Someone who thrives in true field sales with full flexibility and autonomy
