What happens after I purchase this?
You will be paired with one of our experienced, sales interview coaches for one, 30, or 60-minute coaching session. Prior to the call, you can share what topic(s) you want to cover.
Refunds
Payments for delivered sessions are non-refundable. For purchased coaching sessions that haven’t been scheduled with a Sales Talent coach, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Once a session has been scheduled it is not eligible for a refund but we do offer the ability to reschedule 1x.
For unused and unscheduled sessions that were purchased as part of a bundled package, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Any portion of the bundle that was scheduled will be considered fulfilled at the full (non-discounted) rate and refunded as such.
