Why do you need to optimize your resume for ATS systems?
Most medium and large companies use Applicant Tracking Systems to manage the overwhelming number of resumes that they receive. Their ATS system does more than just track applications, it looks for a match between your resume and the opportunity you are applying for. This means your resume won’t be seen by a human if it’s not ATS optimized.
Payments for delivered sessions are non-refundable. For purchased coaching sessions that haven’t been scheduled with a Sales Talent coach, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Once a session has been scheduled it is not eligible for a refund but we do offer the ability to reschedule 1x.
For unused and unscheduled sessions that were purchased as part of a bundled package, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Any portion of the bundle that was scheduled will be considered fulfilled at the full (non-discounted) rate and refunded as such.

What happens after I purchase this?
You will be paired with one of our experienced sales recruiters who will work with you to optimize your resume and Linkedin Profile. The process starts with an intake questionnaire. We will also schedule a video consultation to uncover your strengths, accomplishments and career goals. After the video consultation we will craft, proofread and deliver an optimized resume to you. There will also be a second video consultation focused on optimizing your Linkedin Profile.
