Top Sales Recruiting Firms 2025

Best & Top Sales Recruiting Firms

(2025 Transparent Rankings)

We analyzed 42 sales recruiting firms using Glassdoor and G2 Reviews with the goal of creating the web’s most transparent ranking. This blog was born after reviewing several lists of the “best sales recruiting firms.” Despite Sales Talent appearing on almost all of them, we were struck by the lack of transparency into why these companies were selected for these lists and how the rankings were determined. To remedy this, we have compiled a list of top sales recruiting firms by combining customer satisfaction scores from third-party, validated review platforms. After review, each company was ranked based on its score out of a possible score of 10 (weighted 50% on Glassdoor reviews & 50% on G2 reviews). Below, we will display all our work and provide full visibility into each recruiting firm’s ranking and scores (all data below will be periodically updated and was last updated on June 5, 2025).

How We Built the Candidate Pool for our Best Sales Recruiting Firms List.

To begin, we wanted an exhaustive list of potential companies to evaluate and selected two sources to identify our candidates. Our first step involved typing “sales recruiting firms” into Google and extracting the first three pages of results. We removed those companies from the list that were not recruiting firms. Next, we asked ChatGPT to share a list of top sales recruiting firms. Then we looked at the sources it used to compile that list. Every company listed in those sources (except for a few that weren’t recruiting firms) was added to our list. This gave us a list of 42 sales recruiting firms to consider.

Best Sales Recruiting Firms – How Did We Rank the Firms.

From the outset, we aimed to base our results on the top third-party review sites: Glassdoor, G2, Capterra, Clutch, and ClearlyRated. We intended to combine these scores using popular weighting formulas to derive our Best Sales Recruiting Firms List.

Surprisingly, there are very few sales headhunting firms from our list of 42 that had reviews from more than one review site (Glassdoor, G2, Capterra, Clutch, and ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing). The resource with the most sales recruiting firms listed (a total of 34) is Glassdoor. We decided to start there. Disappointingly, there were only 12 companies listed on G2, two listed on Capterra, three on Clutch, and two on ClearlyRated. After discovering this, we decided to build a simple formula to compare and rank companies.

Glassdoor Reviews account for 50% of our ranking weight, potentially earning a company 5 points.

G2 Reviews also account for 50% of our ranking weight, potentially earning a company 5 points.

** We gave bonus points to Culver Careers for their strong showing on ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing List despite having zero G2 reviews. Due to this, we added Culver to our best of list.

Our rationale is simple. If a sales staffing agency is without reviews, we can’t consider it for our list of top sales recruiting firms. Full disclosure. We built this list, but we believe in the methodology. To help you draw your own conclusions, we have shown our work below. One more point of clarification. We are Sales Talent Inc., but there are two other similarly named agencies: Sales Talent Agency and Sales Talent. Sales Talent Agency made our list of 42 companies, finishing #16. Sales Talent did not appear on our initial list of 42 companies, as it has zero reviews on any of the considered review websites, and it was not identified via any of the tools we used to source our master list of 42 companies.

On to the data.

Glassdoor Reviews.

Our primary reason for using Glassdoor reviews as one of our criteria for the Top Sales Recruiting Firms List is straightforward. Company reviews are critical because they impact a sales recruiting agency’s ability to hire elite recruiters. It is challenging to consistently recruit elite talent without elite recruiters. It is also an insider’s look into a company. With this significance in mind, average Glassdoor reviews accounted for 50% of the weighting in our Best of List.

The chart below from Glassdoor helps users interpret average Glassdoor scores.

Based on Glassdoor reviews alone, here are the top 7 sales headhunting firms (data pulled from Glassdoor on June 5, 2025). Of the seven companies listed below, only Sales Talent Inc. and Treeline Inc. had G2 Reviews, which explains why the other five didn’t make our Best Sales Recruiting Firms in 2025 list. Further, none of the five had any reviews on Capterra, Clutch, or ClearlyRated.

G2, Capterra, Clutch & ClearlyRated.

Sadly, only G2 had more than three companies from our list of 42 with reviews. Due to this, we decided to use a combination of Glassdoor and G2 reviews to compile our list of Top Sales Recruiting Firms in 2025. As previously mentioned, we gave Glassdoor and G2 each a 50% weighting.  Notably, despite having zero reviews on G2, Capterra, or Clutch, Culver Careers had a very strong showing on ClearlyRated. We didn’t change our scoring formula, but the strength of those reviews (38, 4.9-star reviews) was compelling enough to include them in our best sales recruiting firms list. For the sake of full disclosure, you can view the scores for all review websites here.

G2 Reviews.

Why did we choose G2? It is the largest review website on the internet for B2B software and services companies. They have 150k+ companies with a total of 3M+ reviews. In the recruitment agencies category, there are 451 recruiting firms listed.

Based on G2 reviews alone (G2 counts measured as of 6/5/2025), here are the top 7 sales recruiting agencies. All 7 made it onto our list of the best sales recruiting firms, based on their combined Glassdoor and G2 Review scores.

To round this out, here are the reviews from Capterra, Clutch, and ClearlyRated.

Capterra Reviews.

Capterra is the second-largest review website, with over 2.5+ million reviews of 140k+ companies. There are 709 recruiting firms listed in their recruiting category. As mentioned, there were only two companies with Capterra reviews as of June 5, 2025: Treeline, with 53 5-star reviews, and Sales Talent Inc., with 5 5-star reviews. Both were already ranked as the top two sales headhunting firms on our list, so we excluded Capterra reviews from our ranking formula.

Clutch Reviews.

Rounding out the Big 3 review sites, Clutch has 1 M+ reviews on 350k+ businesses. There are 11,510 recruiting firms listed on Clutch. Three companies had Clutch reviews: Sales Talent Inc. with 22 5-star reviews, Treeline with 15 4.9-star reviews as of June 5, 2025, and Peak Sales Recruiting with 1 4.0-star review. Despite the 4.0-star review, poor Glassdoor and G2 reviews prevented Peak Sales Recruiting from climbing higher than their 13th-place finish on our list.

ClearlyRated.

It is the largest business services-specific review website, using Net Promoter Score as its benchmark, with over 7.2 million surveys conducted. Rounding out our rankings from review websites, we have two firms listed (reviewed on June 5, 2025): Sales Talent Inc., with 39 4.9-star reviews, and Culver Careers, with 38 4.9-star reviews. Due to their strong 4.9 rating on ClearlyRated and despite having zero reviews on G2, Capterra, or Clutch, we included Culver Careers on our list of the best sales headhunting firms.
